Between June and September the waterfront of Vanier Park hosts a wonderful annual 'Bard on the Beach' Shakespeare festival. The venue opens early for sunset drinks before shows start around 7pm. This is a great group activity and a must for theatre lovers. If you are inspired by the performance the Bard also offers free drop-in acting classes over winter too.
