Bone Marrow Tacos at Ophelia

John

Ophelia is a large, refined Mexican venue at Olympic Village serving a host of Latin dishes and pretty fancy cocktails.

The staff are really great with a solid bar and restaurant team. If you enjoy premium mezcal flavours you won't be disappointed by the handicraft cocktails. They also serve a BC dry vermouth.. personal favourite of mine.

Prices are on the higher side but ordering a trio of tacos to accompany a main dish will help satisfy those who are hungry. The star of the show here is the bone marrow taco. These come with roasted skirt steak in an authentic flavoured tortilla. You will love scraping the marrow out of the bone onto your plate. Delicious.
